About the Role

The Managed Services team brings together operational excellence, subject matter expertise with leading edge tools and technology to deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality outcomes to meet most critical business needs of the end customers.

We are looking for an experienced executive to join as Director, Managed Services to lead and administer business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. The Director, Managed Services will report directly to CEO of Managed Services, and he/she will own the accountability to the day-to-day business operations, governance frameworks and enterprise risk management.

Working in conjunction with other members of the Managed Services Senior Management Team, own and be responsible for delivering quality services to our clients across our delivery capabilities in major cities in Greater China.

Responsibilities

· Report timely, precisely, and concisely to the CEO for Managed Services in all matters of importance and/or urgency

· Define pragmatic business operating plans and through strong execution to drive business efficiency

· Responsible for Technology & Service Delivery, Business Continuity Management, Change Management, Procurement & Vendor Management, and Enterprise Risk Management.

· Be an organization culture leader and exemplify motivational leadership to lead all employees to maximum performance and dedication

· Establish operational benchmarks and resources needed to achieve strategic goals, and proactively driving improvements as necessary

· Launch initiatives to coach employees to develop and optimize their capabilities

· Strong problem solving, critical thinking and sound decision making skills to serve as escalation point for all business operations matters, and he/she withholds the accountability to effectively manage all business situations arisen

· Establish and enforce governance frameworks at all appropriate levels and areas

· Build and maintain the internal network within the firm


Requirements

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience or relevant role in a similar organization (size over 300 staff)

· Demonstrated leadership skills of the ability to lead through and influence at all levels of the organization

· Sound understanding of business functions such as Technology, Project & Change Management, IT, Finance, MI Reporting, Enterprise Risk Management, Procurement & Vendor Management

· Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

· Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

· Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to articulate coherently from conceptual discussions to complicated situations

· Excellent interpersonal skill to be able to build professional relationships and represent the business internally or externally

· Superb problem-solving skills, dynamic and innovative mindset

· Superb written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin

· Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully

· Excellent command of the detail and the big picture

· BA/BS degree in related field
