About the Role
- Establish and lead the PE team, build up internal policy on high standards
- Responsible for deals to meet the profit target, also to create and maintain good investor relations by effective ways
- Oversee whole process of investment, including due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, transaction document negotiation & drafting and closing
- Undertake the post-deal monitoring of the investments through performance review, analysis on capital deployment and performance
- Liaise with the investment departments, external partners, lawyers, accountants, bankers, service provider and other professional parties throughout the whole process
- Follow-up investment performance and post-investment management
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or above in Economics, Investment, Finance or relevant disciplines
Minimum 6 years working experience and at least 3 years in asset management, PE, investment banking or relevant financial institutions are preferred
Member of CPA/CFA/ FRM is advantageous
High level of multi-tasking and time management skill are required
Result-oriented and willing to work under high pressure
Strong investor management skills
Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
