About the Role
Reporting directly to the senior management serving different business units, the candidate is responsible for or technology operations and development for the group, property development and leasing, financial securities, retail, e-commerce, etc, and is fully responsible for driving the integration of IT policies and operations across different units.
The role could be at AGM or Senior Manager level depending on the background and experience of the candidate
- Lead and manage all technology development projects
- Drive ERP strategies for different business units
- Interface with heads of business units and users on the development of technology solutions
- Manage processes of feasibility studies, design, software development or outsourcing, user testing, acceptance tests, implementation, technical support, quality assurance, etc.
- Drive corporate technology initiatives across different business units
- Ensure smooth implementation of technology projects within budget and time constraints
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Min 15 years experience in system design & analyst including 5 years as head of the department
Rich project management experience in property, finance, retail, warehouse management, and/or manufacturing
Broad and in-depth knowledge in ERP systems and E-Commerce
Proficient in PC applications especially in Microsoft Excel
Good analytical skills with business acumen
Very good presentation skill
Can work under pressure and independently
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Attentive to details with a strong numerical sense
Responsible, self-motivated, and organized.
