About the Role
A well-established property developer in Hong Kong is looking for a Group VP / PA to Chairman with a rich financial background to join the top management.
Reporting directly to the Chairman, the candidate will be the second hand, managing a wide range of business activities across the group, including property development, leasing, financial securities, retail, warehousing, manufacturing, etc., and will be accountable to drive results of each business unit.
Requirements
The Accountability
Drive results of all business units of the group
Organize and conduct senior management meetings
Drive business growth through organic or M&A
The Requirement
Master Degree or higher qualifications in finance and accounting
Solid and rich experience in feasibility studies, deal negotiation, M&A, financing, financial and management accounting, etc.
Experience with IPO and financing is a definite advantage.
Wide and in-depth experience in any three industries being operated by the group
Highly diplomatic in working with different levels and business units
Good analytical skills with business acumen
Very good presentation skill
Can work under pressure and independently
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Attentive to details with a strong numerical sense
Responsible, self-motivated, and organized.
