About the Role
Reporting to Investors and with market focuses in HK & PRC, the Investment Director is responsible for the overall strategic management, providing sound leadership, strategic direction, and unified vision to ensure short term and long-term growth and alignment with the rest of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying high potential investment opportunities through various channels Maintaining and developing strong partnerships with market players
- Plan and monitor financial objectives closely with utmost efforts to maximize revenue as well as to minimize project costs
- Develop business plan, operational objectives and action plans to achieve the goals
- Performing market research, financial modeling, relevant market analysis to due diligence, and deal execution
- Continuously review and fine tune the process base on the organization needs and changes Negotiating with different stakeholders to deliver the desired project outcome
- Coordinate arrangements, allocate resources, and exert synergies to achieve growth in core business performance
Requirements
15 years of real estate investment experience with at least 10 years of experiences in a managerial role
experiences in dealing with PRC real estate market investment are highly preferred
Strong capability to work with different levels of stakeholders or Group Investors
Equip with relevant work experiences with a proven track record gained in VC/PE/investment firms
Familiar with PRC Real Estate market among the top-tier cities
Knowledge and oversight of all structuring-related issues, including the capital structure, legal, finance and tax implications for the managed funds
Critical & analytical thinking with problem solving skills
Good negotiation, motivation, strategic and leadership skills to drive success and create win-win solutions
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with investors
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
