About the Role
• Design and build the automated test frameworks and test suites for use in development and testing cycles
• Support and maintain test automation frameworks on each platform.
• Develop end-to-end tests for applications (Mobile, Web and API).
• Create and maintain automated scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Execute test cases (manual and automated), report and analyze test results.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams and assist with troubleshooting issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience
· Hands-on experience in scripting languages, preferably python
· In-depth understanding of Mobile and Web application software components and integration, their development approaches and processes, and then design test approaches accordingly is a must
· Experienced in RESTful API functional and non-functional testing, such as stress test, reliability test, with tools such as K6, Jmeter, Postman or Artillery
· Proven track record in developing and executing frontend manual, and automated test suites preferably with Appium or Selenium
· Experience with different test design frameworks e.g. BDD test framework
· Previous experience in the fintech industry is a plus
· Previous experience in a successful start-up environment is a plus
· Detail-oriented, well organized and pro-active
