About the Role
- Act as right hand man to Global Chief Risk Officer, liaison between staff, executives, C-suite, head of, regarding company climate, employee wellness, project reform, proposals, and planning
- Enhance customer advocacy culture across three core functions - Compliance, Risk/ Risk Operations, Customer Relation
- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
- Optimized efficiency and productivity of current procedure and coordinate organizational procedures
- Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information/ data into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Liaise effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders - C-suite, head of, in a structured manner
- Drive large, cross-functional projects and build consensus with senior leadership across the organization and move people and organizations to act
Requirements
Master/ MBA degree from an elite university
10+ years of experience in business management, strategy consulting, or executive management
Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
