About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with other team members to provide superior services to clients;
Provide supervision to administrators for journals and accounts preparation, payment preparation and relevant reporting;
Prepare full set of accounts for partnership and special purpose vehicles;
Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines;
Preparation and implementation of entity customer specific procedures in relation to the administration and reporting requirements;
Prepare and co-ordinate with different teams for on-boarding of new clients and funds’ launch and wind up Review subscription documents and CRS self-certification forms;
Liaise with external auditors for audit planning and preparation;
Perform other duties as necessary to support the internal procedures and external strategic development;
Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.

Requirements

Skills / experience required:

  • Degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines;

  • Professional qualification such as HKICPA, AICPA and ACCA, is preferable;

  • Minimum of 6-8 years’ work experience, preferably in partnership accounting or alternative fund accounting;

  • Understanding of regulatory and financial reporting regime;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken, in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

  • Ability to prioritize works and meet strict deadlines;

  • Ability to motivate and influence a team;

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • A good team player and able to work with different level of people.
