About the Role
- Project manager in government infrastructure projects
- Develop and provide technical solutions and management for unique conditions
- Managing a team of professional staff and seasoned in software to deploy cost-effective and quality designs and solutions.
- From feasibility study, design, construction, operation and maintenance, have full competence in managing the entire project cycle
- Manage and ensuring technical deliverables meet time and budget for the client
- Develop and maintain client relationship and collaborate with fellow professionals and engineers
- Act as bid leader to participate in acquiring new work
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering or related disciplines
Chartered member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a Registered Professional Engineer
20+ years expeirences in infrastructure in Hong Kong, preferrably in Bridges design
Client centric in achieving highest technical standards
Result and quality oriented, proactive problem solving, and responsible in project management and accoutability towards technical deliverables within time & budget constraints.
A team player with good communication, analytical and negotiation skills. Able to work with a range of project stakeholders, contractors and clients
Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
